As part of ASB's commitment to ensuring best-practice People policy and conduct, there is a programme of work focused on our remuneration and reward policy and process, including people performance.
The programme is reviewing recommending and supporting the implementation of appropriate policy and governance which will support our People to be the best they can be, whilst ensuring great Customer Outcomes.
Success in meeting both regulatory and business needs around people performance requires an understanding of what performance needs to look like in a future-fit organisation.
Agile workforce's and multi-functional team goals are influencing the future of incentive and reward programmes and we are looking to leverage best practice thought leaders and current practice in this area to ensure we design the right solutions, robust for regulators and right for our people and ASB.
The wider programme team will include a programme manager, external design advice, risk management and change resources and have indirect involvement with numerous internal teams and divisions.
The programme is also supported and works closely with external consultants.
This is an opportunity for an experienced HR consultant, performance and reward SME or Organisational design Consultant who wants to co-lead the development of performance management approach and change for ASB.
