Te whiwhinga mahi The OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced Team Administrator to join us on a 12 month fixed-term contract.
The role will be responsible for the following : Core coordination, and operational support to work programmes and key projectsProactive and providing administrative support to ensure the Commissioning workstreams are able to deliver their priorities effectively and efficiently Ngā Pūkenga me ngā Wheako Skills & Experience : The Team Administrator will need to work in an agile and responsive manner, working across both interim Health New Zealand and the interim Māori Health Authority.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skill sets : High-level of proficiency in Microsoft office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and experience in using Microsoft Teams for meetings, file storage and work trackingCommunicate clearly and effectivelyExperience in an administrative professional or project-based environment.
