The purpose of these roles is to provide outstanding customer service experience for our customers that is targeted to their needs and is an effective and efficient resolution of their enquiry.
Hours for this role are 7.5 hour shifts within a Monday to Friday (8am - 6pm) roster.Key responsibilities : Receive inbound calls and build effective relationships with customers and advisorsProvide clear and concise information and process requests in a timely mannerMake commercially astute business decisionsIdentify opportunities for process improvementsWork with your colleagues to help each other out and collaborate during busy times.
Skills and experience required : Contact centre experience (advantageous but not essential)Exceptional communication skillsAbility to identify sales leads for other areas of the businessQuick to pick up new systems and navigate through complex informationThink outside the square when finding solutions for customers / advisersProven ability to foster & maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders.
