Based in Albany and reporting to the Customer Service and Supply Manager, we are looking for a self-driven, go-getter, prepared to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations.
About You : Positive attitude and team spiritFantastic customer service and prioritization skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGreat attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and problem solveGood keyboard skills combined with knowledge and experience of Microsoft applicationsPrevious customer service and / or call centre experience is preferred but not essentialKnowledge of Zendesk is an advantage.
The Role : Answering incoming calls in a professional mannerReceiving and processing orders, efficiently and accuratelyProviding order status updatesDeveloping strong customer relationshipsIdentifying potential process improvements and business opportunitiesWorking with a close knit, dynamic and fun team.
