We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a development accountant within the Finance team. Based at our Newmarket Support Office and reporting to the Financial Planning Manager this role is responsible for the monthly accounting, project budgeting, financial forecasting and analysis for Metlifecare's on-
going retirement village development projects.
You will work closely with the Property and Development team, alongside the wider Finance team to prepare accurate and consistent monthly financial reports, for the development project managers, Executive and Board committees, on Metlifecare's development and construction projects.
The role also involves the preparation of feasibility studies for proposed developments and liaison with a range of stakeholders including external advisors such as quantity surveyors and bank funders.
On offer is a permanent full time opportunity, working 40 hours per week.
