We work with a diverse range of clients, including listed property companies, commercial property investors, government agencies, national portfolio clients, developers, and funders across the country.
The variety and scope of the work mean you get plenty of opportunities to get involved in a large range of matters and sectors in the property industry and grow your skillset.
corporate M&A support; as well as a wide range of transactional and advisory matters across a range of clients' property portfolios.
You are well supported with a seven-person Wellington-based team, including Partner Holly Hill and secretarial support, as well as working closely with corporate, banking, and public law teams, and the Auckland property and environment teams.
The team love what they do and are passionate about delivering excellent work for clients. They work hard but have fun.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years' experience practicing property law in a well-regarded law firm or in-house legal team.
You will have strong technical and transactional skills, can comfortably run files autonomously and can provide commercially pragmatic advice across a broad spectrum of property issues.
The successful candidate will also be mentoring / supporting junior and intermediate members of the team, so having experience and an interest in doing so is important.
