Our fantastic team at the Wanganui branch are looking for a caring and passionate banking professional to join their unbeatable frontline team.
As a Personal Banker, your focus will be to meet customer's banking needs, and exceed their expectations, through conducting needs analysis using our financial review process.
You will be given the tools to educate new and existing clients on the various banking solutions and options available to them, resulting in personalised, convenient and innovative product and service recommendations.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, is digitally savvy and is able to think on their feet.
You will be committed to delivering unbeatable customer outcomes, be able to build credibility with your team, and be pro-active and confident in your ability to manage your day.
Existing banking experience is essential, while lending knowledge and previous experience in a similar personal banking position will also be beneficial for this role.
This is a full time position on a 12 month fixed term, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8 : 15 am to 5 : 00 pm
