Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Recruiter to join the Corporate Talent Acquisition team.
Our team focuses on attracting and sourcing the best in the business and driving a genuine talent mind-set across our organisation, so we’re looking for an experienced and innovative Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join us.
In this role you will take ownership in proactively establishing relationships with key hiring managers, truly partnering with the business to provide strategic insights and recommendations on best practise.
from picking up a brief, to sourcing and attracting, ensuring our candidates have an exceptional experience, through to pre-employment checks and managing the job offer process.
You will be adept at working at pace whilst multitasking and prioritising your workload. While Group Technology is your core focus, your recruitment skills will extend to recruiting across the entire Corporate portfolio as and when required.
In addition, this role will provide you with the opportunity to collaborate with the wider Talent Acquisition and People & Performance teams across the Fletcher Building Group and contribute to key projects such as talent attraction strategies, internal mobility, inclusion & diversity and employment branding.
About you : You will be an experienced recruiter with excellent communication skills. With an agency or internal recruitment background, you will feel comfortable forging new relationships with key stakeholders and establishing collaborative partnerships with hiring managers.
You’ll be passionate about your work and your enthusiasm and drive will set you apart from the rest. As a seasoned Recruiter you’ll hit the ground running in the world of IT recruitment.
