Join Oaks Wellington Hotel as a full-time Bar Manager. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the bar and will act as the manager in absence of the Food and Beverage Manager.
Salary : 57k - 60k per year + Company Benefits!
Duties and responsibilities :
Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu and wine products and any specials of the day
Ensure ALL guests have a positive experience and are treated like a VIP every time
Make beverages including supplying, dispensing or mixing of liquor, coffee, tea, and other beverages.
Close the point of sale system and reconcile tills at the completion of each service period
Effectively recruit staff in conjunction with the Food & Beverage Manager
Forecast revenue and roster accordingly
Ensure conference / functions / events packages are correctly costed and quoted
Complete all daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements
Previous experience working in a bar
Previous supervisory experience managing a team
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
