  • About the Opportunity

    Looking for a key account role that is hands on? With a talent for building and influencing relationships and the commercial acumen and business planning to succeed, this role will see you managing the relationship across our field channel and key distributors.

    Reporting through to the National Sales Manager you’ll take the lead in the development of short and long-term strategies and relationships focussed on delivering profit, volume and share targets.

    While the focus is set, your days are anything but, seeing you take on everything from forecasting, to analysing trends, promotional planning & reviews, identifying key insights and opportunities for growth.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Owning and developing a close relationship with your accounts, ensuring all opportunities are identified and maximised
  • Negotiating plans, managing trade spend and developing effective promotional plans to deliver budgets
  • Develop & implement Joint Business Plans, Forecasting and Promotional Planning.
  • Partnering closely with the field sales team to coach and develop to ensure commercial success
  • About You

  • Key Account Management experience essential - FMCG experience highly advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and the ability to sell new concepts to drive brand and category growth
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills with a commercial focus
  • Impeccable time management abilities, high attention to detail and a willingness to go the extra mile
