We are looking for an experienced Sales Professional to join our driven Pukekohe team in a diverse sales role. You will have strong customer service skills and have experience working towards sales KPIs and hitting targets.

Any great salesman will know that weekend’s are the busiest, however we all love a great work life balance. Reap the rewards of both by working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, with rostered Saturdays.

Your main focus will be building strong customer relationships and selling a diverse range of flooring solutions. You'll be consulting with customers in the showroom and in their homes and properties so you won't be stuck in the store all day! A full NZ driving licence is therefore essential.

Key Responsibilities : Following up on customer leadsMeasuring / estimating flooring requirements and constructing a detailed planCosting, quoting and closing the saleMaintain POS and inventory databasesEncouraging excellence in staff relations between flooring installers, office and shop staffPost installation follow-up and customer careMeeting or exceeding performance Sales targetsMaintaining up-to-date technical product knowledgeYou will work with your customers from the initial consultation right through to the post-installation check-up, so this role will definitely suit someone who cares about the full customer experience and delivering the best result possible!Get to know our customers, have great conversations and show your passion for design and interiors!
