DOC's Scientific Investment programme is ramping up to better understand our unique environment here in Aotearoa. With a range of agencies including government, tertiary, CRIs and iwi involved, these roles will help understand and influence the New Zealand Science System to direct resource into biodiversity conservation research and outcomes.
We are seeking expressions of interest from accomplished individuals within the science or investment / research sector, preferably in the area of science relevant to three priority biodiversity research areas -
marine, freshwater and threat management.
