ADT Security, a business unit of Johnson controls, are the world's largest and most experienced monitoring service. We provide a range of electronic security measures and automation technology for domestic and commercial premises.
We are now looking for a talented person to join our alarm monitoring team.
In this role you will be handling a wide variety of inbound and outbound calls looking after the safety of all our monitored alarm customers.
When the alarm of an ADT monitored system activates you will assess what is happening and notify the owner and alert emergency services.
Our Contact Centre team are a really genuine caring community with engaged managers who are open and always available to help.
As well as a great team we are well located in Onehunga with plenty of free parking and we are a 2 minute walk from the Te Papapa train station which is a 20 minute trip from the CBD.
Who are we looking for?
In this role we need someone who really cares about helping our customers. Ideally you will have some previous contact centre experience so you are used to dealing with people by phone, but what we really need are people with great communication skills and strong computer skills.
Our Monitoring centre is a secure site so all candidates must have a clean police record, pass a drug check and will be subject to a medical prior to starting with ADT.
