We are now looking for a remarkable individual to work across our Student Hubs. Our Student Hub Advisors are professionals in their field, delivering comprehensive support using a case management approach.
Based in the Student Services and Administration directorate, your primary focus will be providing advisory with a specialised focus in supporting those students with a disability.
They cover a broad range of student services, from assistance with student administration matters through to integrated pastoral care, supporting students to achieve their academic and personal goals.
Not only will you be supporting current students but also prospective students, applications, visitors and alumni. This is a professional role and you will be committed to your ongoing learning and development.
Primarily this role will be located on the city campus, however flexibility to assist all Student Hubs (north and south) where necessary will be required.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for not only the success of our students but also in delivering a supportive and first-class student experience.
You will be a self-starter with a can-do positive attitude who is passionate for reaching the best outcome for each situation.
Your commitment, empathy and communication skills will be key success factors in this role.
