    Part of Te Tai Ōhanga's Corporate Shared Services (CSS), the People & Wellbeing team have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Human Resources Business Partner to join our team for 12 - 18.

    Reporting to the HR Manager and working with the Strengthen the Treasury team (STT) this position has the opportunity to contribute to the creation of a high-performing organisation.

    The Role

    You will have strong communication skills, loads of energy and a great ability to build enduring relationships. You will thrive in our environment where you are kept busy and work on projects that will impact across Te Tai Ōhanga.

    We have an exciting work programme for the coming 12 - 18 months which will cover a wide range of projects from change, workforce planning and the development and enhancement of Te Tai Ōhanga's values.

    About You

    We are looking for an HR practitioner who has strong experience of Change and OD projects, has worked with leadership teams to establish proactive and agile partnering relationships and understands current New Zealand employment legislation.

    A self-managing HR professional who won't shy away from having challenging conversations, enjoys working as part of a strong Business Partner team and who has a natural ability to influence to reach desired outcomes.

    You will also help develop and embed operational and strategic people projects and change activities across Te Tai Ōhanga, providing a strong connection between P&W and STT.

    You will be known for the credible service you provide and your ability to deliver time and time again.
