This is a remote, contractor position with flexible hours. The bulk of our calls are related to ISP (Internet Service Provider) Support and G Suite (Gmail for Business) Support.

The ideal candidate would be proficient with both ISP & G Suite but we will consider candidates that specialize in only one of the two.

Hourly pay based on talk-time.Responsibilities : Providing excellent customer service via phoneFind an appropriate solution for the customer in a timely mannerDevelop and maintain a high level of expertise across all of Google’s core appsConsistently meet or exceed team and individual objectives related to client satisfaction, quality, and productivityMaintain client satisfaction by ensuring that response time and call resolution occurs within the defined service level guidelines and achieving team goals & objectivesLog, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issuesCommunicate clearly and effectively on the phone and via emailRequirements : Flawless verbal & written EnglishSuitable home working environmentVery strong communication and interpersonal skillsFast home internet speedsExperience in a call center environmentMinimum of two years of relevant work experienceAbility to function well in a fast-paced team environmentProven strong technical and analytical skillsReference ID : NZJob Types : Full-time, ContractExperience : Call Center : 2 years (Preferred)Work Remotely : Yes
