We are an office-based team located in Grey Lynn. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of the role and the service we provide.
This is a busy and varied role suited to an experienced and professional administrator to work in the Caregiver Recruitment and Support team.
This will include being on queue for calls, being able to effectively communicate information to potential caregivers, the effective gathering of documents, and excellent data entry skills, and keeping updated records on our information systems database.
This is a high-volume role so you will need great organisation skills. This role is pivotal to us being able to provide caregivers the support they need through the enquiry and application phase.
In this role you will : gather documents for the caregiver applications to progress to a full caregiver assessmenthave the ability to manage high work volumes efficientlyliaise with Oranga Tamariki teams and sites in a professional mannerrespond to enquiries from people interested in being a caregiverensure our caregivers understand their part in a child's journey through care, and ensure they are well informed about the caregiver's role and responsibilitiessupport whānau and non-whānau caregivers through the application processbe able to keep organised and structured with your paperwork and communication with potential caregivers.
