We need a customer obsessed, energetic go getter with a passion for people development to join our Service Excellence Centre Leadership team.
This role reports to our Service Excellence Manager, and is based in Freemans Bay & flexibly from home.As our Service Excellence Leader, you will be responsible for coaching your team to passionately deliver an effortless customer experience.
You will support the execution of our Service Strategy, lead key projects and work with internal stakeholders to ensure that the Service Excellence team continuously steps towards world class.
You will have demonstrated great business acumen, a proactive approach to problem solving and previous experience in a leadership role within a call centre environment.
You will absolutely take ownership to deliver on commitments, and having an ability to engage across multiple functions is helpful.
Your ability to build effective relationships along with the capability to identify and lead change in both process and system improvements will see you go far in this role.
