Our friendly IT team have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced IT Support Consultant who has a passion for all things technology to join the team in New Zealand, based in Wellington.

This role upholds excellence in all Service Delivery and Service Management Activities in accordance with ITIL principles.

The purpose of the role will be to be the first point of contact for internal customers and providing basic troubleshooting of IT technical issues, or escalating issues accordingly.

You will be part of a dynamic team in an ever changing environment that takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.

Based in Wellington and reporting to the IT Service Delivery Manager, this role will include the following : Delivery of high quality level 1 IT support to all users via phone and email Responsible for quick resolution of critical IT support issues.

Responsible to ensure all support requests are logged and tracked in Service Now. Responding to all customers queries in accordance with defined SLA's.

Assist with system administration and asset management tasks To ensure your success in this role, you must have : Minimum of 2 years experience working in an IT Help desk environment Demonstrated capability supporting Active Directory, Citrix and Google (Gsuite).

Relevant IT qualifications Knowledge and understanding of IT systems, their use and applicability in the service industry Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Demonstrated ability to apply analytical skills to interpret customer issues and resolutions The safety and wellbeing of our colleagues, our customers and our communities are priorities for us, and given that most of our roles are customer facing roles, we insist on full vaccination by all our colleagues against COVID-19.
