An exciting opportunity has arisen to become an integral part of this team as a customer service consultant.
Job tasks and Responsibilities Working in a close-knit team of like-minded professionals. This is a busy and varied position where your primary responsibilities will be to provide exceptional customer service through developing long term relationships with existing clients (both internal and external), suppliers and new business prospects over the telephone, in person and via email.
In addition, you will be processing orders, checking stock requirements, resolving technical issues and ensuring the appropriate invoicing and paperwork is completed.
We are looking for someone with high levels of energy and enthusiasm who will proactively identify and maximize sales opportunities, be confident providing value initiatives and someone who is not afraid to use their ingenuity and make a call on the spot!
