Fabulous full time position for an experienced end to end Payroll Administrator to manage the payroll for around 150 employees Partnering closely with our HR specialist this role will help deliver the variety of demands across payroll processing and supporting human resources a love of delivering to a high standard across a variety of workflows to help others are keys to success Key responsibilities include but are not limited to Ensuring accurate payroll transactions payments are processed efficiently Assist with general HR admin including data entry recruitment onboarding drafting contracts updating employee records uploading employee files First point of contact for all Human Resources and Payroll related enquiries over the phone and in person Skills and experience required Previous payroll administration experience in New Zealand is essential Zambion would be an added bonus Excellent communication skills Projects professional image and initiates contact easily with all staff managers and business units Up to date knowledge of payroll related legislation An interest in working within an HR department not an accounts role Strong administration and organisational skills A multitasker who enjoys a fast paced and busy environment A positive attitude with a flexible and adaptable nature Shows initiative We are an exciting organisation with a range of companies that belong to our group in industries such as roofing construction and steel framing The offered package includes medical life and income protection insurance great staff benefits free parking competitive remuneration and future growth opportunities Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
