About the role
This is a new role that will see you playing a pivotal role in the People Experience Leadership team and the direction of the Directorate's work programme.
You will lead, develop and mentor a team of HR professionals supporting the needs of our regions.
Critical to this role will be your strong generalist HR background, your superb leadership skills and your thorough understanding of modern HR principals.
Along with this you will be responsible for embedding a new HR operating model, while ensuring continuity and delivery to the business is maintained.
