The People Performance and Culture team is responsible for providing the full range of talent acquisition, human resources, learning and development and corporate social responsibility services to all divisions and teams across KPMG New Zealand.

The PPC team is a critical component of KPMG’s focus on people.

The opportunity :

  • The primary focus of the Sourcing Consultant is to source, pipeline and build strong talent pools of senior candidates or business critical roles across all divisions.
  • The role will give you fantastic exposure to work on a variety of roles for KPMG and will enable you to develop your hands on strategic sourcing capabilities, and contribute to the growth of key business areas.
  • Day to day you will :

  • Work with the Talent Acquisition Business Partners and leaders in the business to understand critical roles in order to plan, execute and measure cost effective short and long term sourcing strategies
  • Actively source candidates utilising resume databases, networks, social media and other relevant resources
  • Talent pooling
  • Proactively identifying new sourcing techniques
  • Candidate management in conjunction with wider Talent Acquisition team
  • Maintain integrity of our ATS - Lever
  • What you'll bring to the team :

  • Previous experience with proactive sourcing, talent pooling and talent mapping in a fast-paced recruitment agency or in-house environment
  • The ability to source, pipeline and talent map at a senior level
  • Sound understanding of recruitment processes
  • The initiative to identify solutions to changing priorities and commitments
  • Client services focus with dedication to meeting internal and external client expectations
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative and inclusive team player
