About the RoleWe are seeking a Programme and Performance Coordinator who has exceptional planning and communication skills to work in a dynamic and complex part of the business.
Reporting to the Group Manager, Strategic Land Use and Spatial Management, this role is responsible for supporting the group to successfully achieve its land use and development policy and planning work programmes and to measure and report on key metrics to ensure we are meeting our targets.
You will have a key role in developing, implementing, and managing systems, processes and practices crucial to our group's roles and responsibilities.
You will also have a continuous business improvement ethos where you will apply the knowledge you gain to continuously look for ways to improve.
Our Group has a significant customer interface and your strong customer focus will be key to your success in the role. Your ability to prioritise and build a professional rapport with internal and external stakeholders is critical.
In addition, your outstanding organisational, written, oral and interpersonal skills will enable you to proactively support the group.
This role requires that you are highly proactive, self-managing, efficient with meeting deadlines and have high levels of composure to be able to manage a demanding work load that will require your attention to detail.

6 years' experience in project / coordination / professional services administration environment or 2 years in project management / programme management office environmentExperience in engaging and partnering with a range of stakeholders and a strong focus on customer serviceProblem solving, including ability to develop and apply frameworks for balancing competing prioritiesExcellent facilitation, written and verbal communications skills.
