Job Description

Who are we looking for?

Due to Fulton Hogan’s ongoing growth within the Wellington Region, we are looking for an experienced Maintenance Foreman to join our team and deliver the good work Fulton Hogan is known for.

The job

  • You’ll be responsible for wide range of responsibilities including;
  • Leading and mentoring a strong team of labourers.
  • Excavating and replacing kerbing channels with footpaths.
  • Road dig outs and repairs.
  • Quality control.
  • Ensuring our high health and safety standards are met by your team.
  • Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with work instructions & client specifications.
  • Identifying and managing health and safety risks.
  • Experience and attributes;
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in civil works, preferably doing footpath and, kerb & channel replacement.
  • Proven ability to lead and supervise crews.
  • Competent in operating plant.
  • Class 2 license with WTR endorsements essential
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Sound understanding of basic contract administration procedures.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
