Datatech Services - A division of Caldwell & Levesque Ltd and part of the Horizon Energy Group.We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Coordinator to join our team in Auckland full-time for 10 months.

This is a varied role and is perfect for somebody who is confident and up for a challenge.The purpose of this role is to provide support to the Datatech Services to enable the effective and smooth running of the division and assist the Manager Datatech Services to run a cost efficient and cost effective business.

These activities are performed and communicated in a positive and cheerful manner both internally and externally.This role will : Provide support to the Datatech Services to enable the effective and smooth running of the division.

Coordinate customer service calls / requests, planned preventative maintenance programs and quoted worksPromptly prepare accurate job costing for invoicing.

Check daily time sheets and collation to job sheets.Follow up of customer complaints and job queries.Schedule jobs.Liaise with Datatech staff on a day to day basis regarding workload, new jobsPrepare creditors invoices for data entry in MYOB.

Assist with office administration as and when required.The ideal candidate will have : QualificationsRelevant tertiary qualification or 3 to 5 years' experience in a service operationCurrent unrestricted NZ Driver LicenceExperience and SkillsDemonstrated experience and skills in relevant trade area required : Experience in data entry into MYOBMinimum 2 years' experience using ProntoPrior experience within a trade service or facilities management environmentManagement of service technicians in the fieldProven ability in accurate data inputSuperior operational ability and proficiency of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database systemsExperience in advanced customer care and public relations skillsAbility to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and writtenAble to organise, prioritise and complete tasks methodically under time constraintsSuperior clerical, secretarial, administrative and research skillsAble to work unsupervisedMust be a self-starter demonstrating an energetic and conscientious attitudeAbility to maintain confidentiality and loyaltyBenefits of this role include : a great Working EnvironmentCompetitive RemunerationOngoing trainingThe Horizon Energy Group takes pride on its commitment to the health and safety of all its stakeholders and bases all its activities on safety leadership, risk management and worker participation.
