Our part of the transformation of BNZ, our Enterprise change team is focused on ensuring the people aspects of key initiatives are landed, embedded and set-
up to deliver on their benefit expectations. We do this through building change capability across the business and targeted coaching and change management delivery support across transformation initiatives.
About the Role
You will work with leaders and teams across the business to shape and define change leadership and management requirements for key initiatives.
You will assess the change challenges and impacts to determine appropriate strategies that blend coaching, capability build and change management delivery.
You will operate within different delivery environments (e.g. waterfall or agile) and tailor the type and focus of change support needed to enable required business outcomes.
Where needed you will provide hands-on change delivery support through targeted interventions to make things happen e.g.
change impact workshops, change strategy development, adoption planning.
You will also form a key part of the leadership and management of our enterprise change practice to ensure we continue to evolve our ways of thinking and working, run a high performing team and support capability build across the business and our team.
As a specialist within Change Delivery, you will have the ability to coach leaders and teams to build their change capability and will have the confidence of an experienced "hands-
on" practitioner to be able to directly deliver change management outcomes when needed.
You will have demonstrated experience of supporting the evolution of a change management practice at enterprise level. For example, you may have experience of helping build change management capability in others, developing and embedding new ways of delivering change or maintaining communities of practice.
Ideally you will have applied change thinking in both Waterfall and Agile environments and will be comfortable using on-
line collaboration and project management tools. Financial services experience is desirable, however not essential for this role.
