What you will do
Our candidate engagement facilitators manage candidate applications from initial application through to enlistment into the NZDF which involves communicating with the candidate, advising them of the recruitment process, providing feedback and updating their status via our candidate management system.
There is a significant focus on administration activities, repetitive tasks and paperwork processing duties. Your case organisation of applicants has direct impact on the reputation of the NZDF.
Effectively this role manages expectations of candidates and is accountable for preparing the candidate for their transition into the NZDF.
The role also has responsibility for organising and monitoring candidate pre selection activities.
In this role you are the main Civilian point of contact for candidates, their families and members of the public with military recruitment enquiries for the NZDF.
This is a very busy role which includes but is not limited to answering walk in and / or telephone enquiries.

Strong computer skills are required and you must have Salesforce experience intermediate level & above.
