We are seeking an experienced AP / AR administrator to join our close-knit Finance team as the Accounts Administrator and Invoicing Clerk.

Reporting to the Financial Services Lead, this role will work alongside another Accounts Administrator to ensure that all invoices are accurately processed in line with company policy.

This position plays a vital role in further developing and expanding our procedures for improved operational excellence.

Key accountabilities :

  • Oversight of the administration of revenue contracts to ensure that customers are being invoiced according to contractual delivery of milestones and against payment schedules.
  • Responsible for assisting in the delivery of duties associated with the accounts payable and accounts receivable function within the business.
  • Work closely with the Finance Accountant and wider Finance Team to ensure business needs are being met.
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to maintain the integrity of Scion.
  • To be successful in this role, your skills and experience will include :

  • Certificate or Diploma in a related field or 2+ years' experience working in accounts receivable / payable highly desirable.
  • Clear understanding of how AP / AR functions work.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attentional to detail.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the provision of a quality and timely service, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently to determine priorities.
  • Ability to work to strict time constraints and a deadline driven environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate discretion as you will have visibility to sensitive information.
