We are seeking a high preforming and resilient Sales Representative who enjoys both the Account Management and Business Development functions of a busy and challenging construction environment.
Key Sales Representative duties
Maintain & maximise opportunities within an existing client base
Understand your clients requirements
Actively prospect new business opportunities
Prepare, execute sales & business plans
Develop and present solutions for current and future needs
Work on individual targets that coincide with the wider teams goals
Participate in sales forecasting & client functions, industry events
The ideal Sales Representative will have
Account Management experience in construction is desired
The ability to be able to develop new relationships
Will be a self-motivated & self-reliant candidate
A driven professional with outstanding communication skills
Strong relationship builder with tenacity to overcome setbacks
Ability to seek out new opportunities with outstanding negotiating skills
Great team player, high energy with a positive personality.
