We are seeking a high preforming and resilient Sales Representative who enjoys both the Account Management and Business Development functions of a busy and challenging construction environment.

Key Sales Representative duties

  • Maintain & maximise opportunities within an existing client base
  • Understand your clients requirements
  • Actively prospect new business opportunities
  • Prepare, execute sales & business plans
  • Develop and present solutions for current and future needs
  • Work on individual targets that coincide with the wider teams goals
  • Participate in sales forecasting & client functions, industry events
  • The ideal Sales Representative will have

  • Account Management experience in construction is desired
  • The ability to be able to develop new relationships
  • Will be a self-motivated & self-reliant candidate
  • A driven professional with outstanding communication skills
  • Strong relationship builder with tenacity to overcome setbacks
  • Ability to seek out new opportunities with outstanding negotiating skills
  • Great team player, high energy with a positive personality.
