You will oversee and manage all accounts and administration functions We are looking for an experienced handson person Key responsibilities include Accounts Payable and Receivable Credit control Payroll and commissions Bank and credit card reconciliations GST PAYE FBT filing GL admin Month end processes Monthly financial reporting for external Accountant General Office Administration Key attributes we are looking for include Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role Effective communication skills Excellent organisation skills High attention to detail Show initiative and commonsense Excellent computer knowledge Experience using the Greentree accounting system would be advantageous though not essential If you believe you could be a great fit then we would love to hear from you The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary and onsite parking Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
