Local Doctors operate 27 medical and healthcare clinics across the Auckland Region We are a part of the wider Tamaki Health that operate over 45 clinics nationwide We seek to operate under a professional and ethical standard while upholding our personal values We strive to innovate work effectively as a team and maintain high quality patient care and success as a private provider About the position We are looking for an experienced clinic coordinator at our Local Doctors Takanini Clinic Our clinic is open from 6 days a week Monday to Friday 8 30am to 5 00pm and Saturday 9 00 am to 1 00 pm About the position You will be responsible for the service quality and business viability of the clinic operation This role involves regular contact and interaction with the Regional Manager and the clinic team as well as patients and external business customers This role is subject to performance reviews by the Regional Manager You are expected to have regular operational meetings informal contact for business update and develop teamwork Key Responsibilities includes Train all staff to be compliant with the Local Doctors Healthcare systems Ensure patient services are delivered to the highest quality Supervise staff identify any training needs and train accordingly Ensure clinic runs in a professional manner Manage patients and staff complaints concerns and issues Cultivate organizational values in the team Provide general admin duties timely and accurately Report on clinic performance and issues Manage clinic budget Take responsibility for performance management training and development of staff We are looking for the following skills and experience to be successful Staff management experience and team leadership skills are a must preferably in the healthcare field Relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience In depth understanding of patient amp clinic requirements and expectations Demonstrate the understanding of the organisation s systems and values Ability to motivate actively support and develop individual team members to achieve goals and objectives Ability to undertake administration tasks A high degree of maturity diplomatic personality and competency in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders Business acumen and strategic awareness Computer literacy Experience in working cross functionally Positive energetic flexible professional and confident individuals Employee Benefits Work in a dedicated driven and passionate team environment Competitive hourly rate with additional remuneration for after hours and weekend work Access to healthcare services Ongoing training and support If you believe you have these skills and can hit the ground running we would love to hear from you Please provide your CV and Cover Letter today Please note to be successful in this position you must hold a permanent right to work in New Zealand and have a full driver s license with own transport Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted
