Our Workforce Analysts are pivotal in improving productivity capability for our stores - overseeing the labour model for our brands.
Your role will centre around financial responsibilities. Primarily budgeting and reforecasting understanding sales trend, historic data to manage the labour budget across the various stores.
There will also be an element of reporting and month end duties so we will rely on your understanding of finance in an operations sense, and your comfort in working in Excel and financial systems.
Our structure and ways of working will see you extensively work cross functionally hence your communication and collaboration skills will be top notch, coupled with your ability to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
