Corporate Traveler is seeking a talented and strategic Sales Manager with a documented track record of success in B2B SME and Mid-Market sales to lead a team of awesome Account Executives in new customer acquisition and revenue expansion efforts across the US.
Establish sales objectives, forecast and develop quarterly / annual quotas
Executing GTM plans for upcoming product introduction
Maximize use of our tech stack to manage pipelines, reach and exceed quota, increase lifetime contract value, and improve productivity
Regularly attend and participate in client and prospective meetings
Oversee the full sales workflow to ensure we are meeting targets
Deep understanding of competitive positioning and customer demands in our category marketplace
Partner with Product Engineering, CS and Marketing teams to design and align on sales communication
Lead weekly team meetings and provide consistent, transparent metrics and expectations
Continuous coaching and mentorship of performance
Drive and iterate our sales strategy as we scale
Knowledge & Experience :
3+ years’ experience building and leading front-line sales teams; ability to grow and scale upward with the company; second line management experience a plus.
7+ years direct selling experience to SMB / Mid-Market businesses, is required.
Excellent leadership and influencing skills; ability to build strong business partnerships both outside, and within the organization.
Highly professional persona and polished demeanor. Strong verbal / written communication and presentation skills; effective at delivering executive level presentations.
Success adapting in fast-growing and changing environments
Bachelor’s or MBA preferred
