The ideal start date for a candidate in this role will be Monday 24 October, 2022. What will your typical day look like?
Supporting four business leaders in our Consulting practice, you’ll easily adapt and build strong working relationships with them and the wider consulting team.
Key responsibilities : ·Diary Management : actively managing diaries, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings and pre-empting / early resolution of potential conflicts and issues·Travel and Event Management : anticipate and coordinate flights, accommodation, meeting arrangements and some event management support for internal and external events·Invoice Management : administration of expenses, client invoicing for Partners and wider Consulting team·Updating and maintaining key business applications including CRM, time management and billing systems·Role modelling : Playing an active role in promoting and developing office culture, including helping to drive initiatives and assist with managing communication ·Develop and maintain effective and efficient office systems·Deal proactively with incoming correspondence / inquiries and respond as appropriate ·Working with the other support team members across the business Let’s talk about you You will have previous experience in a similar role, with a professional yet personable character.
Confident and client focused with the ability to communicate at all levels is essential for success in this role. The desire to continually learn and be challenged is important in this role as is exceptional attention to detail and the creative use of initiative in forward planning.
Other key skills are : ·Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, higher proficiency in Word, and PowerPoint would be advantageous.
