About the role

We are looking for an experienced SeniiFunctional Consultant, with industry experience to be an expert on our solution implementations.

As we work with many different customers in many different industries you will enjoy variety in the work you are doing.

Some of the key areas of the role are :

Analysing business processes and and providing solutions using Oracle software

Gathering customer requirements and conducting gap analysis

Performing system configuration, installation, data migration and testing

Conducting user training and support activities

Coordinating with the technical team on solution design, programming and validation

Travelling domestically and internationally to customer sites

Full cycle implementation support and enhancement / optimisation projects

Requirements

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

You will have a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, System Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related

You have at least 3 years’ experience implementing CX, Sales, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent systems

You have a minimum of 2 full-cycles on an implementation of one of the above projects

You have knowledge of business processes in at least one of the following areas : Service, Sales, Marketing, Commerce, AI, Bot

You have excellent oral and written communication skills

You are open to learning and have the ability to become certified in the above mentioned applications / platforms

You are accountable, initiative and able to take ownership

You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

You have strong time-management skills and are able to work in a fast-paced
