About the Role We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager to join the Sheridan team our team at our Homezone Outlet.
This is a full time position, working to a Sunday - Thursday roster. Duties
Leading and inspiring your team to achieve store sales and KPI targets
Store operations including managing and prioritising large volumes of stock
Facilitating VM in a fast-paced environment, using initiative and quick decision making to maximise sales opportunities
Driving a high performing team culture, committed to providing outstanding customer service Skills + Experience
Previous people management experience, preferably in retail
Ability to drive an exceptional customer experience
Ability to coach and lead a team effectively to achieve sales and KPI targets
Ability to develop a strong product knowledge with a passion and drive for selling Benefits
