What will you do?
We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Christchurch Office team and provide exceptional financial services to our office and sales teams.
Our Finance team are in a period of growth, so this is an exciting time to join and make the role your own!
Key responsibilities include :
Providing timely and accurate financial information and business support to assist effective financial management, oversight and decision-making of the office and sales teams
Assisting with effective budgeting and forecasting to contribute to the delivery of accurate and timely financial plans
Producing monthly reports and insights for our Office and Sales Leaders, as well as providing support and assistance with business case writing

Who are you?
You will ideally have commercial experience, you are passionate about growth, are able to think critically and have a track record of thriving in a fast-paced financial environment
You have exceptional communication skills and demonstrate the ability to build valuable relationships, both internally and externally
You have experience in a similar role, ideally within the business partnering or management accounting space
You value people and kindness, and are passionate about learning and delivering excellent results
You strive for excellence and constantly look for ways to exceed expectations; delivering a high-quality service at speed will be second nature
You believe in the value of strong, positive, trusting teams who work together as one
