keeping.About the role : Greeting customers as they arrive for appointments.Providing assistance to our current and prospective clients.
Answering incoming phone calls.Scheduling appointments.Making outbound phone calls to customers and deliver specific messages.
Data entry and management within our Customer Management System and / or other reporting tools.Providing exceptional customer service to our customers.
