  • We are looking for experienced Project Coordinators within the Wellington region for both temporary and fixed-term opportunities as many of our clients in the Property, Construction and Engineering space are as busy as ever!

    The ideal candidate will have :

  • Proven project coordination experience within the above mentioned industries, ideally within the private sector
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Excel)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude!
  • Duties could include :

  • Setting up and maintaining a central source of accurate job / project information including maintaining all operations schedules (advanced computer skills required)
  • Managing all subcontractor relationships
  • Assist the PM in the drafting project proposals, RFP’s, tenders, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules
  • Prepare project organisation and communication charts
  • Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
  • Other ad-hoc admin duties
