We are looking for experienced Project Coordinators within the Wellington region for both temporary and fixed-term opportunities as many of our clients in the Property, Construction and Engineering space are as busy as ever!
The ideal candidate will have :
Proven project coordination experience within the above mentioned industries, ideally within the private sector
High proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Excel)
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Have a positive, can-do attitude!
Duties could include :
Setting up and maintaining a central source of accurate job / project information including maintaining all operations schedules (advanced computer skills required)
Managing all subcontractor relationships
Assist the PM in the drafting project proposals, RFP’s, tenders, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules
Prepare project organisation and communication charts
Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
Other ad-hoc admin duties
