About the role : We are seeking Machine Operators to join our Powder and Industrial Coatings team based in Glenfield, Auckland.

If you are looking to take the next step in your production career, then this role is your building block, allowing you to take responsibility to operate and monitor a key part of our manufacturing process!Some of your responsibilities will include : Batching of raw materialsMixing of batched raw materialsOperation of MachineryCleaning of mixing equipmentCustomers trust Dulux products because they know that we strive for excellence in product quality, technical innovation and environmental performance.

About You : To shine in this role, you will need to be passionate and driven to succeed in the manufacturing environment, and with your strong mechanical aptitude you will be part of identifying problems and implementing the solution! Along with this you will have the following : Great communication skillsThis role does involve a high level of manual handling and lifting, so you will need to be comfortable lifting up to 25kgs.

Mechanical aptitude.Ability to think on your feet and problem solve.Machine operating experience is desirableAnd given our strong emphasis on health and safety, you will be able to show us you have a solid understanding of getting everyone home safe, every day.
