Brown Brothers Engineers Ltd is a very successful and long established importer and distributor of pumps and pumping equipment.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, warm and well organised office administrator to join our busy team in our Auckland Branch as a full time Office Administrator.

The candidate

Your proven administration skills together with excellent communication and relationship building skills will assist in your success in this role.

You need to have the ability to work together with your colleagues and clients in a collaborative and respectful manner at all times.

Proven work history in a similar administration role with excellent attention to detail is a must. You will be naturally organised and take ownership and responsibility for all tasks with a strong focus on team work.

Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers is a key requirement. You will have excellent computer skills including Word and Excel.

Key responsibilities include checking and keying of inwards goods, issuing stock to jobs, raising purchase orders, check and reconcile freight invoices, job invoicing, answering phones, collating timesheets, order branch general supplies, coordinating building maintenance and health and safety admin and any other admin and reception duties as required.
