    The Organisation :

    POS PRO is home to one of New Zealand's largest team of POS, CCTV, EFTPOS, Wi-Fi and Internet Systems experts in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty.

    After significant growth in 2019, a bit of a re-brand and a freshly refurbished office, they are ready for another energetic and highly motivated Territory Sales Representative to add value to their growing team.

    The Role :

  • This is a juicy little role, that requires a brain, a growth mindset and a passion for all things technical. You're not just selling pens here;
  • you are selling technical solutions! And, given you're the type of character that your clients will love to chat to, you'll need to figure out how best these solutions will serve a very wide range of customers.

    Covering a territory which encompasses Northern Hamilton to the Bombay Hills, you will be servicing a huge variety of new, existing and renewal clients Clubs, Cafes, Retail stores, Hair & Beauty Salons the list goes on.

    You will never run out of the leads in this role and whilst the role is based in Hamilton (particularly during your significant training period), eventually it is envisaged, that you can be located anywhere from Hamilton to Auckland.

    The Person :

    You may already be in a technical retail sales role but itching to get out from behind the counter OR you may be an experienced Territory Sales Representative in another sector, with a passion for IT or Electronics.

    Either way you will have a passion for learning and a 'solutions'-based approach to sales. (Previous experience or knowledge of the Hospitality section may be useful).

    Suitable Applicants will possess :

  • Proven success in a B2B Sales role
  • A high level of computer literacy and a passion for things of a technical nature
  • Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to identify key stakeholders and build solid relationships
  • High levels of personal responsibility and integrity
  • A desire to learn new skills and a continuous improvement mind set.
  • A Full and Clean NZ Driver's License.
  • Remuneration :

    This role offers an attractive remuneration package commensurate with experience, including Base Salary, Uncapped Commission, Company vehicle, Mobile phone and Laptop.
