Reporting to our Head of Marketing, this role is responsible for developing the digital customer journey. To do so, our successful candidate will work closely with their leader, our Marketing & Communications Managers and our Business Services and Innovation team to ensure an appropriate roadmap is developed that is compliant with IT standards and best practice.
This person will have a strong focus on ensuring that our digital channels are optimized to maximise our other marketing initiatives and opportunities.
