Mobi2Go is a NZ founded SaaS Company with an increasingly global footprint. Things are going pretty well for our startup following Series A fundraising and we’re ready to build on our existing international growth and scale our operations as larger brands move to adopt the Mobi2Go Platform.

We’re powering a growing number of Australasia’s biggest brands, including Burger Fuel, Pita Pit, Tank Juice, Sumo Salad and Little Caesars Pizza.

This is where you come in - we’re on the hunt for our first CFO. Reporting to our CEO, you will be a key part of our Senior Leadership Team based in Wellington.

You will have had experience working as a CFO in a SaaS company in New Zealand.

What you’ll be doing :

  • Providing strategic vision and tactical execution to enhance revenue growth and operational efficiency, quality and effectiveness.
  • Developing financial strategies, budgeting processes and forecasts to support revenue models and manage cashflow with a particular focus on improving financial results and fueling growth.
  • Enhancing current management reporting with analytics and metrics to track business performance.
  • Managing annual budgeting processes and building rolling company forecasts required for board meetings and future financial rounds.
  • Maintaining and managing various third party vendor and supplier relationships.
  • Evaluating talent, building a world-class team at all levels and developing staffing plans to support the business demands;
  • in partnership with the Director of People & Culture.

  • Ensuring the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Management of the company’s liquid assets including : Currency exposure analysis. Cash flow exposure.
  • Currency exposure analysis.
  • Cash flow exposure.
  • Identifying and reporting on potential risks in the business
  • Working with CEO and senior management on all major transactions including capital raises, debt, major partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures
  • Sharing the Investor Relations responsibilities with the CEO
