About the role :
Do you have a clinical / supply chain / procurement background or experience working with clinical products in the health sector?
We are looking for a dynamic individual looking for a varied, demanding but rewarding full-time role in our Clinical Product Coordinator team.
Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand, Waikato is a tertiary hospital based in Hamilton with satellite hospitals in Thames, Te Kuiti, Taumaranui and Tokoroa.
Servicing the population of the Midland region, we manage a catalogue of over 30,000 unique items and the Clinical Product Supply team are responsible for supporting the introduction and purchase of medical devices as well as the substitution and replacement of medical devices to ensure that risk to patients and staff from introduction and ongoing use of medical devices is minimised.
In this role, you will be coordinating the introduction of new products. You will be working in a clinical environment and finding out the product needs, finding new products to introduce and replacing end-of-line products.
You will be communicating with suppliers as well as operational and supply chain teams.
