Ngā whakaritenga o te mahi The OpportunityThe newly established Kaimahi Māori Experience team aims to grow and develop ngā Kaimahi Māori with Māori values and worldview at the forefront.

We pride ourselves on kotahitanga and working collaboratively in the service and advocacy of our communities.Reporting to the Kaiwhakahaere, Kaimahi Māori Experience, you will lead mahi pertaining to the attraction, recruitment and talent pipelines for Māori.

You will support the delivery of Pūmanawa Tāngata, the People Plan for Te Toka Tumai. Our commitment to you is supporting your development and journey into your aspirations.

He kōrero mōu About youYou will possess a growth mind-set, be willing to give new things a go and work in an agile way to support talent sourcing and talent management for Māori.

Integral to this role is the strong ability to whakawhanaungatanga and nurturing the relationships with all whom you engage.

To be successful in this role, you will have : A commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and achieving equitable outcomes for MāoriHR Management or Health related Bachelor’s degree with a minimum five years’ work experienceProficiency in Te Reo and Tikanga MāoriWhakapapa Māori or proven strong links to Māori iwi, hapū or communitiesKnowledge of talent pipelines and the various stakeholder groups associated to the pipelinesSound knowledge of NZ Health Sector, Māori health and Māori workforce development approachesClick here for the full position descriptionIf this role sounds like you please apply today attaching a copy of your CV and Cover Letter.
