The newly formed leadership team has been given the keys to an iconic New Zealand heritage brand, and we are looking for a dynamic, experienced Assistant Store Manager for our Pukekohe store to help bring Bendon back.

This is a full-time position working Sunday-Thursday.

We are looking for someone who is excited about coming on our journey of transforming this amazing brand.

What you'll do :

  • Use your love of lingerie and fashion to provide outstanding customer service and build trust and loyalty with our wonderful customers
  • Drive sales and profitability whilst achieving KPI and sales budgets
  • Coaching and developing the team to be high performers to reach their highest potential
  • Responsible for stock management and control
  • Maintaining high store performance
  • Who yo u'll be :

  • You must be able to articulate and demonstrate how you have successfully driven positive change to achieve results
  • You could be a Senior Sales Consultant ready for the next step or already an Assistant Store Manager seeking a new challenge - you will find it at Bendon!
  • Superior customer service management skills to coach your team to deliver a world-class retail experience
  • Strong time management and organisational skills to balance your time driving sales on the floor and managing operational tasks off the floor
  • A natural ability to build rapport with any customer and assist their buying decisions
  • A High Performer - you take pride in seeing your team excel and lead by example
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills
  • A proactive approach, motivation to achieve and improve continuously!
