Marketing Automation Manager Customer Lifecycle Marketing plays hugely into the future of marketing Here at The Warehouse Group or TWG as we say we have made huge strides in this space but we have an appetite to do much more Which is why we need you to step into this newly created role and lead our automation activity TWG is a New Zealand success story founded by Sir Stephen Tindall and evolved from a single The Warehouse store to become one of the largest retailing groups in New Zealand with 3 billion in sales TWG consists of six core retail brands The Warehouse Warehouse Stationery Noel Leeming Torpedo7 1day and TheMarket We have 260 retail stores online stores as well as distribution centres throughout New Zealand We also have two overseas sourcing offices located in China and India We are a peoplecentred business with more than 12 000 team members across our locations The Role Reporting into our Head of Customer Engagement you will essentially support the wider Customer Engagement team by being the primary resource to deliver all marketing automation activity ranging from email marketing customer journeys to trigger based communications Key responsibilities include Execution of marketing automation activity Deliver against key drivers to increase basket building customer engagement and retention across all inbound marketing channels Deliver the brand email marketing and loyalty programmes in close partnership with the Marketing and Customer Engagement leads Manage the overall execution performance and effectiveness of various CLM channels e g CRM SMS Campaign Delivery Provide marketing automation input to briefs and collaborate with creative services teams to develop creative assets partner with email and push teams for engagement campaigns Data Driven decision making Monitor report and improve on channel performance including deliverability open rates click through rates conversion rates and opt out rates Identify implement and socialize process improvements Partner with Analytics team to ensure that all campaigns have clearly defined success metrics which are tracked and analysed Drive and support initiatives to optimise the way we use our marketing technology Internal Leadership Support and partner crossfunctionally on omnichannel customer experiences data architecture audiences and segments ecommerce journeys and audience opportunities and customer relationship platforms Manage two Marketing Automation Specialists leading guiding mentoring and developing the team About You This role involves working cross functionally and with external partners so we are looking for a true collaborator whom excels at relationship management building credibility and trust quickly with key stakeholders Excellent attention to detail superior organisational skills and a strong communicator also describe you down to a t We are also looking for Previous experience working with marketing automation platforms Experience in related Marketing and or Product Marketing roles ideally degree qualified preference for work experience gained in an industry leader with a mix of ecommerce and retail trading roles You enjoy and thrive in fastpaced highvolume environments About Us Our Store Support Office has a beautiful North Shore location with views across the Waitemata Harbour Tuff Crater reserve next door for lunchtime walks an onsite caf and free charging stations for EV s With 1 200 people in the office it is a hive of activity with likeminded people all working together to help kiwis live better every day When you join us you also get discounts across most of our brands great team member benefits and excellent career development opportunities no matter where you are in the business twg co nz
