Your main duties will include :

  • Recording and maintaining all bookings accurately
  • Acting as a conduit between all parties in the hospital and specialists rooms, ensuring all communication is clear, professional and prompt
  • Re-scheduling any cancelled theatre sessions to maximise theatre time and revenue
  • Building and maintaining rapport with internal and external stakeholders
  • Participating in contributing towards projects as required
  • The successful candidate will have :

  • Previous experience in a patient bookings or administration (preferably in healthcare)
  • Experience with PiMs and Medical Terminology (an advantage)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with conflict
  • Great attention to detail
  • Superb organisation and time management skills
